Rowland for X Factor USA?

Kelly Rowland is close to signing a deal with the X Factor USA.
The founding member of Destiny's Child is reportedly likely to finalise plans for a seat on the panel in autumn.
If she does accept an offer she will team up with Simon Cowell, Demi Lovato and someone who is expected to be another female judge, according to Entertainment Weekly.
Kelly was a judge on the eight season of the UK show so is very familiar with the format.
Spanish singer-and-actress Paulina Rubio is classed as a front-runner to complete the star-studded line-up in America.
The X Factor starts production on season three on Tuesday meaning the decision should be announced soon.
It comes after Britney Spears and L.A. Reid left the panel following the second season of the show.
Britney was only around for one season and is preparing to take on a concert residency in Las Vegas, Nevada.
L.A. was a part of the first season in the US along with Paula Abdul and Nicole Scherzinger.
The former Pussycat Dolls singer replaced British judge Cheryl Cole, who was transferred from the UK programme.
However she was dropped after her Newcastle, England accent was considered difficult to understand.
Simon's show is also proving tough to keep presenters too.
Welsh host Steve Jones was axed from the first season therefore Mario Lopez and Khloe Kardashian was hired in his place.
Now the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star has not been invited back, Mario is expected to front the show alone.
